Fred Blood
Fred Blood was an amazing skater. He was pro when I was about 12 skating at my local park. I remember he saw me skate and gave me a set of wheels. Other amazing skaters were and are Paul Votava and Jamie Ide. Paul Votava skated out of SkaterCross and Jamie Ide was out of Upland skatepark. There weren't many rollerskaters back then. I used to be the only rollerskater when I showed up at a ramp. Luckily I could bust a big flip and they would let me stay.

Came across this while killing time at the computer. Seems Fred Blood was one of the first roller skaters (long before the name "quads" came around) to try out the "WindSkate".
