I had a great time last night, and there were also about 20 bladers killing the park as well. They tend to stay on the street course while I tend to stay in the bowl.
I also got some footage and I'll try to put it together today or tomorrow. I'll add in the very few clips that my son took during RollerCon.
I wish I had my big fall on film! I went from the splits into a drop in from about 10 feet up. My trailing skate must have caught on the pool coping. Next thing I knew, I was falling backwards into the bowl! I just went limp and let my shoulder and back muscles take the impact. It almost knocked my breath away. But, it was a good fall.....I got up and skated away....sore today, I'll tell you!
