CareCredit is a credit card that is for medical necessities. It has no interest, providing you pay it all off within 1 year. After that, the interest is pretty steep. I think it is around 22% to 25%. So, you definitely want to pay it off in that time. Otherwise, I'd transfer the balance to another card that has a lower rate.

I had never heard of this card either, until my Ortho suggested it. They did the application process right there in the clinic, and I was approved within about 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure it is nationwide, as long as your care providers accept it.

The website for it is at ► http://www.carecredit.com/

: I've never heard of CareCredit. Is this avail nationwide?
: US blows! Where should us Yankees move to?
