I am currently riding 54mm, but have a set of 62's I am putting on tomorrow. I pretty much buy whatever is on sale. Karen was watching. That park makes you wear a helmet if you are inside the park.

: Man, you got some really good action shots there. Nice work.
:
: I am using the Bones SPF's as well right now, 60mm narrow. I wanted a larger diameter but the 62's were only available in wide, and I really wanted narrow wheels. The bearings are a tight fit in those wheels, the urethane is pretty frickin hard! A press would make things so much easier.
:
: Karen is shown wearing a helmet in one of those pics. Was she rolling on anything?

Ok, I will make this two posts in one. I just bought a bearing press and it is absolutely amazing. I don't know about the rest of you, but I have so much trouble getting my bearings to fit right in my wheels. I use SPF's, which are known for being difficult to put bearings in. It is an amazing tool and only cost $42 with shipping. I put new bearings in my new wheels and it took just a couple of minutes.

Ok, so here are some pics. My photography sucks at night, but pics are always goood.

Karen is not supposed to skate because of a spine injury. Sometimes she can't help herself. She didn't skate at the Cove. One ride at Rollercon hurt her for three days! She sais it was totally worth it!

I love those insane looking characters in photo #9.

One looks crazed, one snarky, and one looks totally amused by the world.

Do you have your pics posted online anywhere? If so, let me know.

Cheers!

She has an ornery and demanding 8 year old in her head too? lol.
OK, I rolled 20 mins yesterday, easy tho, until I felt tightness then I stopped and OK today. But the unicycling I felt it after 5 mins. so still waiting on that. But rollerskating was awesome, Woo-hoo! I think my PT was just being ornery herself!

I hope Karens problem is temporary? Best wishes for her! I hope my hamstring is OK soon as in 6 weeks I have no insurance again. :-(
