Hey Claudine,
I know what the standard advice would be: GO to a Dr.!! And that's pretty good advice. But if you REALLY can't afford it, in this economy, unfortunately, I do understand. Keep it clean, disinfect it even, no ESPECIALLY if it hurts. And try not to use it. Still sending you positive Chi. You're a trooper, Hell, you're a pool rollersk8r! You're made of Tough Stuff, Girl!
Keep your chin up. And stay OFF your sk8s for awhile!!!

	no not bionic now, parts r out! i asked for bionic muscle implants and dr. said no. said i want 2 lift 75 lbs after surgery lol. will get better in 6 weeks. opting 4 no cast so wont get stiff and losing medical insurance. so must be careful.!! no fun 4 a while. but tolerate pain no prob. out and about in 2 days post op!! thanx Joe hope everything 4 me settles and back to happy rollersk8r!

	i think its ok, guess poverty diet not so good 4 blood clotting. just tired a lot. used 2 pain. its a really thick cast/splint w/ bandages so not sure whats under there. i have a good dr. its been a bloody weekend.lol.

	wow... when do you go back for followup? do you have anti-inflam pills? pain and/or antibiotics? screws the bills and file bankrupcy... u need your body healthy. good that all the metal is out now. heal good and quickly. can you slip a meal into your sling?
