| | I started off on Independent plates and trucks and after I broke those in half and could not get them anymore I bought some Tracker plates while they were still commercially available, then I was lucky enough to skate for Tracker for a number of years and fortunate to be able to acquire them for years after that. At some point out of desperation I tried to laminate my own aluminum/wood plates and they were horrible, then I cut up old skateboards but they were thick=high center of gravity. These plates that I have created with the help of my brother are the best thing I have ever had, they seem to be indestructible, they slide faster than ever and fit the full line of Tracker Trucks, the center of gravity is also lower than anything I've ridden.
