On the other hand, a video like Pauls tutorial multi angle clips of individual tricks is a great way to share tricks! We shouldn't lose these videos as these threads get buried in the archives. They should be saved to their own page. Yeah, links, websites, and even videos do sometimes disappear on the internet,....but not utilizing these tools while they exist seems a waste. My 2¢ worth.

	Because of my inline background, I'd call those "t-stalls" mizous. Why invent new names if we'd get mocked by inliners for putting old wine in new bags? Unless we've coined terms before them, of course, which wouldn't sound unlikely as we've been around since the eighties and aggro inline only came around in the nineties. History is much more interesting when you skip the "Alexander the Great" bullcrap and just look at everything from 1900 on, only involving earlier events when they bear relevance. Anyway, yeah, Allan, smaller ramps are harder IMO. Smaller ramps mean less time to arrange your feet, shift your weight and adding style to riding. Also, just as blunt knives are more dangerous than sharp ones, smaller ramps give you less time to bail out on a fall. I hate stalling, grinding and airing on small ramps(except when it's supposed to be used as a jumpramp). I really hate the authorities for spending millions on skateparks like the Malieveld, and not putting down a vert anywhere. Maybe I should just take the public transports and go to Ypenburg, Leiden or Rotterdam more often... Rant, rant, rant, rant. First I should finish the right skate. Then I'll smack the authorities head with it. "Do something right for once!"

Yea, i hate doing FS stalls on small ramps for the simple reason that if i bail forward there's nothing to slide down. Doesn't help that most of the small parks round here have metal ramps and kinda crappy tarmac, but then again it's better than nothing. : Rant, rant, rant, rant. I enjoy : roller skating that there seems to be : freedom to make up our own names/tricks : and be more creative. Claudine, I did invent the \'Texas Tumbleweed\'. And oddly enough, I went to the skate park in Round Rock last night, and a kid specifically asked me to do it!! He had seen me do it before and he thought it was cool. :) Does anyone else here have a trick name that they invented? I have an idea for Bernhards\' home page. We should do short videos with only one trick; the way that Paul (rollerball) has been doing. Then, we create a tricktionary; each trick showing a video guide to go with it. Bernhard, would this be possible?

Probably I didn't invent the trick which just is a front-side hand-plant. I have an idea for Bernhard's home page. We should do short videos with only one trick; the way that Paul (rollerball) has been doing. Then, we create a tricktionary; each trick showing a video guide to go with it. : : Bernhard, would this be possible? Sure. I could fire up something like the 'Suggest a resourve' form on the resources page for such a tricktionary on short notice. It would be really great if someone could pull the key frames from the video and create an animated GIF. This could be stored inside the tricktionary and still convey the essentials. : On the other hand, a video like Pauls tutorial multi angle clips of individual tricks is a great way to share tricks! Paul's vids are pure cold wrt documenting his tricks and sharing them in a way that can be studied.
