Hey Sascha,

I'm happy to hear from you after such a long time! I am the one who took this picture. I loved your style back then and I am happy to hear that you still rollerskate. Is there a ramp on Fuerte?
I have been to "Las Islas Bonitas" several times and done some spot checks for my skate magazine Sk8Mag.de.

i´m glad that i found that pic.. i`m feeling like im back in that time...
today livin on fuerteventura/islas canarias/spain
and livin my endless summer surf all day, still skate(rollerskates/longboard)...so go on with your mag..

 it´s great to hear that after soooo long time.. so
there is a little skatepark in morro jable and antigua also there is a halfpipe in corralejo but in a bad condition...for downhill and cruising there are several spots... i live in la pared down in the south with a perfect wavespot all over the year direclty in front of my doorsteps..workin in Rapanui-surfschool and building longboardskateboards..so greetings greetz to Beule, macos longares, rene hulgreen, arne&lars languth(the pornobrothers)thomas kalak,toto ghali and all the rest of the oldskoolcrew..
those times were great...

I always wanted to learn to surf, although I am very untalented at sports. But surfing is one of the roots of vertical roller skating ... So maybe some day?

 so i learned rollerskatin long before surfin but we are all one big family.. when you can halfpipe skate you can surf!!!
we have classes for beginners and the conditions are great all the year over.. we also have infos about cheap apartments here...

It is very tempting! I will think about it. But my next vacation will lead me to Australia.

there are a lot of good spot for learnin surfin in australia..the sharks love beginners*ggg* but when you are commin to fuerte gimme a mail
