Fish oil is good for me too! I take horse pills (vitamins lol), the glucos, chon, and MSM havent done much for me but I take it occassionally. I take now bromelian and queritin, it helps, plus chocolate protein shakes help me a lot! I have no idea why, dont think anyone else needs them but they are yummy so I'll suffer lol. ;-D

 Finally went back to the bowls! YIPEE!!!!!!! Full butt armor too lol. Still a lump but it doesnt hurt and there is no tightness. But the first time I dropped in I freaked soon after dropping in and had to bail the other side. It took me awhile to losen up. Mentally I was so afraid of falling/reinjury it was hard to keep my body lose. I had to start really slow. But I worked on carving, got to roll into the big bowl, did a few stalls, airs and grabs. Thats all. I didn't think I would do all that!! I got some nice arcs in the big bowl since I'm trying to stay on top the whole way around. It was soooooooooo fun! I'm so darn tired now. I'm sitting at home and I can't move lol. Maybe its time for my nap lol? How can I recover in the next hour so I can take my bike out for a spin? All this sitting from injury has me now wanting to play all day. ;-D My upper body is weak again now too. Any good hints on getting strong again for handplants in 2 weeks lol? I guess do inversions at home? I cant wait!! If you have hints on how to fall on handplants and back stalls without smacking my hips, please tell!

my shoulder is good now too, thanks to joe recomending glaucosamine, ive been chomping 2 a day since i stacked.
ive also been a bit hesitant mentally to give it everything, but now ive started to push myself again.
went longboarding in the ditch + uni multi story car park at w/end. my 5 yr old rory had his 1st go, he went straight down on his knees got air on the speed hump made the corner just missed the pylon then came to rest next to the car and asked if he could go again, we had a rad day.

Have you tried MSM? Some people have good luck with that too. Glad to hear your wings are doing OK. ;-D

Mine needs time I think. I want to go skate now but waiting on a phone interview for a job.....sitting....waiting....climbing the walls lol.

im definately addicted to sk8ting, i hope i dont get too addicted to fish oil etc .
last sat at the rink we had my sister, her daughter, my eldest with 1 of her 2 daughters, me, and of course, uncle rory. [ our surprise package. ]
krystel, my eldest rides inlines, however with theripy she should come good.
