Treadmill & leg presses & swimming all indicating good progress on knee. We're having Freak Vegas Rain today, so no skating, but this tuesday's "Old DUde's Night" @ Area 702 will see this old rollerskater hitting it. Can't wait to see what you're going to do......

: Sounds cool! I cannot wait to go swimming soon. I haven't been for at least 3 weeks. The heat here is pretty unbearable with an extreme drought in our area. We have had at least 45 days of triple digit temps here already.

: Thanks for sending the Chi back, and glad it helped. I do need it now, as I went on a bike ride today and I felt my knee twinge a little bit. The same one that recently had the quad tendon operation. (I'm starting to sound like Claudine)
