I'm going skating tonight!!! :)
My ankle doesn't seem to be getting any worse, and it has improved just a bit. I figure if I'm careful, then skating will strengthen the area. If not, then I'll just have to keep on resting it. Wish me luck!!
I also think I'll go out and buy some kind of sports ankle support wrap. If anyone recommends one, let me know.
