| I wouldn't think that there would be a problem with the slider interfering with the trucks. If you enlarge the picture and look really close, you'll see that the slider slopes back underneath. That would allow the truck to pivot without hitting the slider.
When you push one side of the truck down towards the boot, you'll notice the other side of the truck moves up and away from the slider (forward in front / backwards in the rear), while the depressed side moves down and under the slider.
