| I agree with Bernhard. First, it's a good thing to start street skating, so your body can easily get used again to the skating exercise, the balance, and besides you increase the power and strength of your legs.
Second, you have to rip every skatepark around you as much as you can. And try to do it every week, at least once (twice will be better).
There are no secrets. The better way to recover your tricks is skating.
I feel happy for you. Start skating again after beeing out for a long time is a very, very pleasant feeling.
