Content:	I gave up on ProDesigned pads, last pair of knees I sold some 5 yrs ago. Don't fit well on me. I'm using these Rectors for elbows, previous pair was Triple-8 of similar style. It's enough for my needs. http://www.skatemall.com/commerce/product.asp?NUMBER=590
