I used to think Vision had them under
http://www.visionstreetwear.com/scabs/scabs_gear.htm. Nothing there, anymore. :-(
Vertshop.eu has lots of protection stuff (http://www.subvert.de/shop/index.php?cPath=44_45), but seemingly no Scabs.
You can find them at http://www.oldschoolskaters.net/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=322, but that's not Europe.
