| Hahahaha, yeah, I'm a spaz! Even when I talk my hands are all over the place lol. Well if anyone skates behind me on the ramps, I will certainly wack them to no end with my left arm lol. Wack, splat lol. I need my own video camera. I'm really good at self entertainment. :-P
But yeah, this knee thing is really annoying. I could pump almost twice as high beforehand. Now I'm bent over at the waist all the time to compensate for my inability to squat down. Least I can still drop in and will try stalls tomorrow!
But I was impatient this week and tried to do just a couple jumps on Wed. My knees been bothering me since. I know for certain I hurt it not from falling but pulling it. Gosh, wish I could get it healed! But least I am still skatin. I'm doing it for fun tho and fun I am having!!
: Claudine, it will come in time. You are doing awesome for a beginner. It is a lot easier when you are 14 years old. I am guessing that because you can't bend you are standing straight up and that will cause you to lose balance. Don't worry, you will kick ass. Also, for some reason I have never been able to do high airs. I could flip front and back and do a McTwist, but once I got in the air the arms would flap.

: : Don't worry spazz,I mean claudine,,I still do the windmill when I come unstuck.

: : : Well, I finally saw myself skate. I have airplane arms lol! Did others have flailing arms and such when they first started? Does body control come in time? Seems like most people here have been skating since they were wee ones. But if you started later, did you go through an awkward stage? I see why now I am not pumping higher on the ramps cause my form isnt good yet. I never really roller skated til a year ago and just started this summer so I guess I shouldnt expect gracee, but geez, its more like a roller spaz hahaha! Now I understand why I get so hungry after I skate. I'm really good at expending more energy then necessary. :-P
