im definately addicted to sk8ting, i hope i dont get too addicted to fish oil etc .
last sat at the rink we had my sister, her daughter, my eldest with 1 of her 2 daughters, me, and of course, uncle rory. [ our surprise package. ]
krystel, my eldest rides inlines, however with theripy she should come good.

: Fish oil is good for me too! I take horse pills (vitamins lol), the glucos, chon, and MSM havent done much for me but I take it occassionally. I take now bromelian and queritin, it helps, plus chocolate protein shakes help me a lot! I have no idea why, dont think anyone else needs them but they are yummy so I'll suffer lol. ;-D
