| | i guess i am a bad sk8r. if i drop in and fall forward, i tend to slide on knee, elbow and wrist guards. if i get wheel locked on coping, it throws me sideways fast so i go down fast sideways. thats why i have hip pads. the only way i can guarantee my arms never touch the ground is to never skate again. any videos on how to ALWAYS fall on knee pads when falling from all directions? even if i slam on my butt, i bruised that bad and might have got a concussion from it one time as the force came up my spine. i have noone to show me how to skate.
: Than Bernhard say, the most important when you skatin'g in a ramp is know the falls and how put your knee and elbow pads for good slidin'g.

: In some times is better health jump and use the knee pads and try again the trick.
