No, rules are no fast speeds, nothing more then a foot up. Nothing to break bones! I'm holding off on learning mounting to be safe too. Right now riding is challenging enough. I miss vert though but now I am OK cause this is fun too. I think it will help skating out too as a lot of twisting is needed and also good for skating.
