: Joe, that sounds like a gnarly fall. That would be a killer trick to be able to land on your plates after doing a McTwist. I just tried my first Miller Flip in years on suday. I did not make it, but it felt pretty good.

: : Since I'm way out of shape, my lower back and shins will start to ache a bit. So I limit my time to 1 hr. Today I feel fine. I hurt if I fall 10 feet though. :-O I've been stretching like Irene says, it does help!

: : : I am curious if most of you are sore after skating? I have been skating a lot and would think my muscles would be used to it. When I get home from skating my thighs hurt really badly and I can barely walk. My chiropractor said I have bursitis, which really hurts when I over do it. Last night it hurt everytime I moved my legs while trying to sleep. Anyone else have muscle soreness or pain from skating?
